Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of the raisehand Chrome extension ("the Service"). By using raisehand, you agree to them.

Beta software

raisehand is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is," may contain bugs, may change, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Features and usage limits may change.

Acceptable use

You agree to use raisehand lawfully and not to:

You are responsible for ensuring your use of raisehand complies with the rules of any platform whose content you watch.

You may run sessions on any site and ask questions freely. The AI's responses, however, are limited. raisehand may decline to generate certain categories of content regardless of how it is requested, including sexual or adult content, content that may facilitate violence or serious harm, hate or harassment, illegal activity, or any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. This is a limit on what the AI may produce, not a restriction on where you may browse or what you may watch.

Your account

Sign-in is via a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.

Content and accuracy

raisehand uses AI to generate answers, notes, and quizzes. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it as a sole source of truth, and verify anything important independently. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
